Stephen Law is an economist and urban designer. He joined Space Syntax as an intern and became a consultant in September 2007.

Since joining Space Syntax, Stephen has been involved in the production of a strategic movement framework for the city centre of Bucharest. He is currently evaluating suburban layouts in the UK for the i-Valul project, as well as working on the Elephant and Castle regeneration masterplan. He is also auditing modules for the MSc Advanced Architectural Studies course at UCL one day a week.

Stephen has worked as an urban designer with Edaw Asia Limited across a number of masterplanning and regeneration projects in the regions of East Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

He completed a BA Economics at the University of Calgary and has recently completed an MA Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University, focusing on the transformation of urban morphology in hyper dense areas.
