Christian Beros-Contreras is a qualified Architect and Urban Designer and joined Space Syntax in 2006 as a Design Consultant.
Since joining the company, Christian has worked on the Central Urban Area project in Jeddah.
He has four years professional experience as an Architect in Chile working in retail, education and housing design. During this time he ran his own architectural practice that was awarded with several prizes in national Architectural and Urban design competitions.
His urban lighting designs have been published in several magazines and he is a member of ‘Las Americas Research Network’, focusing on collaborative and network design.
Christian obtained his degree in rchitecture at the FAU Universidad de Chile and was awarded with the Alban scholarship from the European Commission, through which he obtained a master’s degree at The Bartlett, University College London. His thesis focused on the relationship of spatial configuration in Central London to cognition and orientation.
