Design support & negotiation
We enjoy working with other planners, designers and built environment professionals to support them, for example, in the preparation of masterplan designs. Our involvement in projects is often because there is a dispute, or potential dispute between parties over the merits of particular proposals. The evidence-based techniques we use are valuable in such instances, providing an objective input into what can otherwise be a subjective debate. On the other hand, we work regularly with a number of high-profile designers and developers, for whom we act as specialist design advisors.
