The reality of creating sustainable communities

London, 2nd December 2008

Tim Stonor will present a number of UrbanBuzz case studies in order to demonstrate Space Syntax’s innovative new product called UrbanValue. This is a suite of software tools that can assess the effect that urban layout has on social and economic behaviour, including showing crime patterns and land values.

The new tools will help to identify public sector development priorities, while offering private sector investors a greater level of confidence and a more secure framework in which to invest.
