Service standards

We are committed to maintaining high standards of care in our relations with staff and clients. Two awards demonstrate our approach to quality inside and outside the practice.

Investor in People
In September 2006, Space Syntax Limited was awarded Investor in People status. Established in 1990, the Investor in People standard is a business improvement tool designed to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of a company’s people.

Customer First
In February 2009, Space Syntax Limited was granted the Customer First award in recognition of the care we offer to our clients. This award means that we make the following commitments:

  • to clearly diagnose your needs and understand your objectives prior to any service being delivered to you

  • to give you access to the full range of services available to you - whether delivered directly by this organisation or by another, more appropriate, service provider

  • to be clear about what you can expect from any service we deliver to you and the timescales within which that service will be provided

  • to continually review your needs and follow up after services have been delivered to you

  • to provide open access to our customer feedback and complaints procedure, and to listen to your feedback on services and, where appropriate, use it to inform the development of future services

  • to provide services which are clearly targeted, relevant and appropriate for your needs

  • to appropriately train and develop our people to equip them with the necessary skills to diagnose and meet your needs

  • to ensure our people deliver an impartial and objective service operating in your best interests at all times.
